Emerging Pollutants : Protecting Water Quality for Human and Environmental Health

Organised by UNESCO's Intergovernmental Hydrological Programme (IHP) and the International Water Resources Association (IWRA), the online conference will focus on 5 themes: 1. Emerging pollutants in aquatic ecosystems; 2. Emerging pollutants and groundwater; 3. Emerging pollutants and managing wastewater and waste; 4. A circular economy approach: Lifecycle management of emerging pollutants; 5. "Priority" emerging pollutants in the hydrocycle: microplastics, nanomaterials, PFAs and PPCPs.
